Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, films, writing, graphics, and downloadable products on this website belong to me or their respective rights holders.
Viewing this website does not grant permission to reproduce, publish, sell, or otherwise reuse its content. Contact me for licensing inquiries.
Digital product license
Unless a product listing states otherwise, purchasing a LUT, preset, or other digital tool grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it in your own personal and commercial creative projects.
You may install it on devices you own or control for your own use. You may deliver and sell photographs or videos created using the product.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, upload, or redistribute the product files, including modified versions, or include them in another downloadable product. Other users must obtain their own licenses.
Compatibility and results
Check the product description for supported software, file formats, camera profiles, and installation requirements before purchasing.
Results vary with footage, photographs, exposure, white balance, software, and editing choices. Example images demonstrate possible results and do not guarantee identical results for every file.
Payment and delivery
Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes and other charges are displayed at checkout.
Digital purchases are delivered through Squarespace. If your download does not arrive or a file does not work as described, contact lukas@lukasvanderlende.com with your order information.
Refunds
Digital products are nonrefundable once delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or inaccessible product, contact lukas@lukasvanderlende.com so I can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Prints and external purchases
Purchases completed through external shops, including my linked print store, are subject to that shop’s checkout terms, fulfillment policies, and privacy practices.
Commissioned work
Photography, filmmaking, sponsorships, and other commissioned services are governed by separate written agreements. Those agreements specify the scope, payment, licensing, and delivery terms.

This website links to third-party services. Their availability, content, products, and policies are outside my control.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by Michigan law, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
Changes will be posted with a revised date. The terms in effect when you purchase govern that purchase unless otherwise agreed.
